An established and well-trusted repair shop with over 10 years experience of repairing, restoring and renovating musical instruments and equipment.

Based in Chorlton, South Manchester, I offer a wide range of repair, restoration and maintenance services.

I specialise in repairing guitar and bass amplifiers (both valve and solid-state) but have experience working on a vast range of instruments and equipment.

I paid for 2 tubes the price of 1 if I wanted to buy them online. I think he doesn't put margin on parts or very little. The workshop is so clean and organised unbelievable. And Lee was very nice. I got the keys to the current workshop here in Chorlton 4 years ago today. Very proud to still be going strong thanks to people trusting me with their broken stuff.

Gibson GA-30RVS. Made in Britain?! That's right. It was built by Trace Elliot and released as a Gibson amp. Dual 15W mono amps with special stereo reverb technology. This one needed a whole bunch of new tubes, new resistors and some TLC.

Supro Delta King 10. Things went bang and smoke came out then it ended up in the workshop. Swapping out some burnt resistors and popping a new 6V6 in brought this back to life. I can highly recommend this amp, it's very nice.

Dr Z Max 18. A rare sight in the workshop. This one needed a new preamp tube socket as the original kept loosing heater voltage, making the signal disappear. Thankfully, I had a happy little capacitor to keep me company while I worked.

Marshall DSL 201. Smashed output tubes and dirty pots. Popped in a new pair of EL84s and gave the whole thing a service and once over.
